Our Coordinator Richard was super communicative and went through all the details with us. The packaging/ loading/ unloading crew were quick and efficient and professional. We were moving from Galveston to Houston & Hurricane Beryl came through right before we were scheduled to pack up. The crew had to navigate with no power, high temperatures and a 3 story house on stilts for the move out. They were amazing.Due to the storm and power loss problems throughout Houston, our closings (sale & purchase) were delayed and Kathy was so helpful with our storage needs that lasted longer than expected.
