Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment using three categories three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that weapons and melee attacks while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the “level up” button. This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade item the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements are met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and the progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the “transfer” tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is attained.

Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. Once a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Item upgrade components can be used to make sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item upgrades.

The helm upgrade “Foundation of the Sun” For instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The DPS “Wildfire” on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it allows players to gain the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade items component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) the level of the item, the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory once you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an item upgrade item by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
